Application

The constant current mode of operation can be particularly used to explain Ohms Law to test Zener diodes and electromechanical components like relays and also to conduct electromagnetic experiment. Linear Ramp functions with condenser can be generated. These supplies can be used as Linear Ohm meters and also for charging NICAD, Lead acid and SAMF batteries.
